Class Details
Level: Confident Beginner Instructor: Jackie Cost: $60 This class explores the art of creating a Boro inspired Jacket, drawing from traditional Japanese textile practices rooted in repair, resilience, and storytelling. Students will learn how to layer and piece fabric using the philosophy of boro, transforming worn or reclaimed materials into a cohesive, richly textured garment. Throughout the course, participants will experiment with a variety of hand embroidery stitches to add depth, structure, and personal expression to the Jackets. Tuesdays, August 11, 18, 25 @ 6-8pm
Class Schedule
Cancellation Policy
We must make our commitment to our instructors one week before the start of their class. Therefore, refunds are available when your cancellation is made ONE WEEK BEFORE THE CLASS, less a $5.00 handling fee. After that, no refunds or credits can be given. If Harper’s must cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, individuals registered for that class will be contacted and given the choice of a full refund or the substitution of another class.
