Level: Beginner Instructor: Teresa Cost: $50 Everyone needs to have at least one rag quilt to snuggle up under during these cold winter nights. There are various sizes you can make and since you quilt as you go, it is done in a flash. This is a beginner level quilt but fun to make regardless of your sewing level. Afternoon: Tuesday Jan 20 and Feb 3 @ 2-4pm

Cancellation Policy
We must make our commitment to our instructors one week before the start of their class. Therefore, refunds are available when your cancellation is made ONE WEEK BEFORE THE CLASS, less a $5.00 handling fee. After that, no refunds or credits can be given. If Harper’s must cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, individuals registered for that class will be contacted and given the choice of a full refund or the substitution of another class.
