Level: Beginner Instructor: Teresa Cost: $40 Use the design wall in Harper's classroom to get a jump on designing the quick baby or toddler-sized quilt. With Charm Packs, you'll have minimal cutting and get right to the fun part- sewing! Finished size- 45" x 58.5" Tuesdays, July 2 & 16 @ 6-8pm

Cancellation Policy

We must make our commitment to our instructors one week before the start of their class. Therefore, refunds are available when your cancellation is made ONE WEEK BEFORE THE CLASS, less a $5.00 handling fee. After that, no refunds or credits can be given. If Harper’s must cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, individuals registered for that class will be contacted and given the choice of a full refund or the substitution of another class.
